Question: Could this be an easy fix?

Hey, my buddy and I recently redid my brakes and now my car is making a horrible scraping sound. We had put in new brakes, rotors, caliper pins and boots on both front sides. We jacked the car back up and it turns out when we put it in gear that my front passenger tire won't turn when the driver side does. Let me know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks guys!
