Question: gas abd batt lights flicker

This problem has been comming on for a while. My gas and bat lights flicker all the time. When night driving. the headlights flicker when I use the brake. All the fuses are good and the batt and alt check out fine. I am not an expert, just handy. What am I missing? Please help if you can.
