Question: Tercell surges low power bad idle
Ok here is what happens, I have a 94 tercell F.I. Well maintained, anyway when I start car it starts great, idles up around 3 grand more if colder out, as it warms up it wall start to surge like pressing on gas 1/4 way down and letting off then pressing it again over and over and it surges pretty fast, now the warmer the car begins to get the slower the surge until it smooths out at a rough idle with major loss of power followed by some constant odd smelling smoke, doesn't smell like gas or oils, all fluids stay level and clean, I have done a full tuneup clean intake checked for vacuum leaks I'm at a loss any ideas
