Question: The taillights aren't working in my 1991 Saturn SL2

The turn signals and brake lights work, but not the tail lights on either side. I don't have an owners manual, and can't figure out which fuse controls the tail lights. I think I've pulled them all, though, and they all seem good. Is there an inline fuse somewhere that would cause this problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
