    "My 1998 Jetta GLS has been good to me. With few issues including a starter replacement (not a easy job!!!) and I replaced the plastic cooling system manifold at the drivers side on the block, twice due to me over tightening it. (easy fix) This car gets real good mpg about 28 to 30 around town and about 32 to 35 Hyw. I have the oil changed every 3000 or 3 months. (life time oil changes) She only has 147,000 miles. Pleased. DWT"
